Global role – working across Sales, Product, Marketing & Comms
Are you passionate about creating high‑impact content that empowers sales teams to succeed? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, content, technology, and collaboration? If so, this role could be the perfect next step.
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Content Manager to take ownership of our global sales & marketing toolbox, ensuring our commercial teams have the right information, at the right time, in the right format. This role plays a key part in supporting value‑led conversations with customers and equipping teams to articulate clear differentiation in the market.
What you’ll be doing
In this influential, hands-on role, you will:
- Own and continuously refine our global sales & marketing toolbox, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, well‑structured and aligned with commercial priorities.
- Make content easy to navigate and accessible for global Sales teams and channel partners.
- Champion the use of new technology and AI to improve the effectiveness and usability of our enablement materials.
- Monitor performance and feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance usability and impact.
- Act as the Content Delivery Portal (CDP) super user for the Portfolio department, managing structure, permissions and workflows, and partnering with the CDP team to ensure consistency and clear governance.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality enablement content, including:
- Battlecards
- Sales playbooks
- Ideal Customer Profiles
- Messaging guides
- Other value‑driven sales materials
- Research, pilot, and drive new content formats and standards to keep our enablement approach innovative and aligned with how Sales works today.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Sales & Marketing Academy, and MarComms to support successful new product launches.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery:
Experience & Skills
- Strong background in Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Training, or Product Management.
- Understanding of sales practices (e.g., consultative selling).
- High proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and ideally content/document management solutions.
- Structured, methodical approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
- Able to work independently, stay focused, and deliver outcomes at pace.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across a global, cross‑functional environment.
- A proactive mindset—comfortable driving continuous improvement, identifying new opportunities, and championing change.
