  • Establish key metrics (e.g., time-to-first-deal, ramp-time, knowledge retention scores) to evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Product Marketing, Product, and Sales, becoming the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all product features, roadmaps, and competitive differentiators.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to convert GTM strategies, product messaging, and positioning into practical, easy-to-use sales tools, talk tracks, and demo strategies.
  • Working with your Sales Enablement colleagues to create regional messaging.
  • Provide coaching and reinforcement training to tenured EMEA reps to address product gaps or new feature releases.
  • Facilitate regular "Product Deep Dive" sessions and Q&A forums to maintain high product fluency across the regional team.

What you can bring:

  • Previous sales or sales enablement experience in a saas business
  • Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact training and workshops to sales professionals across various skill levels.
  • Strong understanding of the typical sales motions and challenges within the EMEA region.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with proven success working cross-functionally with Product Marketing or Product teams.
