Position Summary

The Sales and Education Executive is responsible for sales, education, event strategy and execution within their designated field, working closely with the Counter Managers, Sales and Education Manager and Sr. Manager of Training & Events. This role covers UK Department stores, as well as several central London Space NK doors.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Accountable for achieving daily sales goals
  • Record sales on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Evaluate productivity to ensure commercial use of time, in partnership with Sales and Education Manager.
  • Analyze needs of business and implement strategies to drive sales result in partnership with Sales and Education Manager.
  • Build strong brand and retailer partnerships 
  • Execute brand strategic initiatives successfully
  • Communicate with store leadership and management prior to and during in-store visits
  • Plan and execute impactful store events that meet brand standards

Education/Artistry

  • Demonstrate a high level of makeup artistry skills with the ability to teach
  • Facilitate and support brand and retailer trainings and events – in-store, remote locations, and virtual
  • Support logistics of trainings and events including planning, execution, recap, and follow up
  • Ability to develop others through hands-on demonstration, team selling, and coaching
  • Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases

Additional

  • Follow brand budget guidelines and utilize tools for tracking budgets
  • Support new doors during installation and launch
  • Keep track of stock across portfolio, ensuring to report any concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensuring VM standards are kept to a high standard, ensuring to follow up as and where needed for swift resolution.
  • Support Sales & Education Manager and Senior Manager of Training & Events in ad hoc duties

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Sales and Events; Space NK experience preferential
  • Team player with a positive outlook
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Passionate about clean beauty
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Makeup artistry skills with the ability to connect artistry and education to sales
  • Flexible schedule and available to work weekends
  • Ability to travel throughout the region for events, trainings and store visits
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and proficient in Google Drive preferred
