As a Sales Director at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and independent agencies. Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.
Responsibilities
- Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and independent agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts
- Drive new business
- Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth
- Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends
- Travel and onsite client meetings
Qualifications
- +5 years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies.
- Understanding the programmatic ecosystem
- Excellent media and communication skills
- Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach
- Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies
- Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients
- Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy
- Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions
- English proficiency is a must
