We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the rapidly expanding green energy and utilities market. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.


In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our Field Management products. As well as working in the wider Utilities space with a specific focus on water, which are revolutionising the way homes and utilities transition to green, sustainable solutions. From enabling seamless home installations of smart meters, solar panels, EV chargers, and heat pumps to transforming energy, water, and broadband industries with our cutting-edge AI-driven Kraken platform. 


You’ll play a key role in our mission to make sustainable living accessible and affordable.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives for our Kraken products.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Expand into new markets by demonstrating the value of our AI-driven solutions for the energy, water, and broadband industries.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to develop growth strategies.
  • Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally within the energy, utilities, or technology sectors.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans for new markets and products.
  • Passion for sustainability, technology, and innovation.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
