The nCino Head of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solutions, Area Vice President - EMEA will be a key leader within a high-performing Sales team, driving the growth of nCino’s CLM client base across EMEA. This role is responsible for managing and expanding nCino’s footprint in the UKI while ensuring scalable success across the broader EMEA region. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), regulatory compliance, and digital transformation, in Financial Services and other regulated industries particularly in the UKI, while effectively navigating the complexities of multi-country sales execution in EMEA.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Growth

Develop and execute a growth strategy for nCino’s CLM solutions within the UKI and EMEA

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise sales representatives, ensuring they exceed individual and collective targets.

Drive go-to-market (GTM) execution, ensuring alignment with EMEA financial institutions’ and other industries regulatory and operational needs.
Enterprise Sales & Business Development

Build and maintain executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders in Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.

Develop and refine account planning and execution strategies tailored to the unique challenges of financial services firms navigating regulatory landscapes across different jurisdictions.

Lead complex, high-value sales engagements by mapping customer decision-making processes, compressing sales cycles, and driving consensus among key stakeholders.
Client Lifecycle Management & Compliance Expertise

Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep knowledge of CLM, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and regulatory compliance frameworks in the UK and EMEA.

Utilize a consultative approach to identify client needs, demonstrating the transformative impact of nCino’s CLM solutions on financial institutions’ onboarding, due diligence, and risk management processes.

Align nCino’s CLM capabilities with the evolving regulatory landscape, ensuring financial institutions remain compliant while optimizing operational efficiency.
Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with nCino’s global ecosystem team and internal Customer Success, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure seamless client engagement.

Collaborate with regional and global leadership to refine market positioning and sales strategy, ensuring alignment with nCino’s long-term growth objectives.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management

Maintain rigorous sales discipline, including accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales process optimization.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured sales training, best practice sharing, and knowledge development.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
15+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software or solution sales leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Deep expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, due diligence), and digital transformation within financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Understanding of the UK financial services market and other regulated industries, including regulatory drivers and business needs, with the ability to scale success across EMEA.

Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite executives, influence decision-making, and lead complex sales cycles within large financial institutions.

Ability to conduct high-impact software demonstrations showcasing the value of nCino’s CLM solutions.

Highly organized and efficient, maintaining a balance between high production levels and operational excellence.

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel within EMEA, particularly within the UK, as well as occasional travel to the United States. In total up to 50% of the time travelling.
