Who are we?

At Technimove, we’re passionate about transforming the way the world’s leading IT service providers manage their data centres. As the market leader in Data Centre Transformations, we deliver high-quality Professional Services and Data Centre Migrations for global clients, from ambitious start-ups to some of the most recognisable names in tech.

Our secret weapon? Our people. Known as our TechniPeople, we’ve built a diverse, supportive, and ambitious team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and passion. Some of our colleagues have been with us for over a decade, while many others are just starting their journey — but all share the same energy, drive, and love for what we do.

The Role

As Technimove continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead our sales organisation and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CRO, you’ll lead our External Account Managers and Account Directors, driving profitable revenue growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships and building a high-performing, accountable sales culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day sales leadership, working closely with the CRO and wider commercial team to shape how Technimove grows.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear targets, priorities and performance expectations.

  • Own revenue and gross-profit targets, with a strong focus on profitable and sustainable growth.

  • Develop and grow strategic customer relationships, including C-Suite and senior technology stakeholders.

  • Act as Executive Sponsor for selected strategic customers and support the team in expanding key accounts.

  • Own the sales pipeline and forecasting process, ensuring accurate reporting, strong opportunity management and early identification of risks.

  • Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and expand Technimove’s wider service offering across datacentre, infrastructure, cloud, networking, security and modern workspace.

  • Drive new strategic customer acquisition and identify new markets, sectors and routes to market.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance and Sales Operations to create a joined-up commercial approach.

  • Use sales data and market insight to improve performance, processes and commercial decision-making.

  • Contribute to Technimove’s wider commercial strategy and help build a scalable sales organisation for continued growth.

What We're Looking For

You’ll be an experienced sales leader with a strong commercial track record and the ability to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role.

  • A proven track record of delivering revenue and gross-profit growth.

  • Experience leading Account Directors, Account Managers or similar senior sales teams.

  • Strong experience in pipeline management, forecasting and sales performance.

  • Commercial understanding of revenue, gross profit, margin, budgets and P&L.

  • Experience selling technology, IT services, Professional Services, infrastructure, cloud, datacentre or related solutions.

  • Experience managing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Strong C-Suite and senior customer relationship experience.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • A data-driven and commercially minded approach.

  • The ability to lead strategically while remaining hands-on and involved in major opportunities.

Why Join Technimove?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Technimove at an important stage of growth and have a genuine influence on our commercial direction.

You’ll work directly with the CRO and wider leadership team, with the opportunity to shape our sales organisation, develop strategic customer relationships and drive the continued growth of the business.
