Job Description

The US Sales Director is responsible for driving the adoption of CRFS’s RFeye ecosystem (hardware, software, and APIs) across the North American market. You will lead business development for mission-critical applications including signal intelligence (SIGINT), technical surveillance counter-measures (TSCM), and drone detection. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of how RF technology integrates into US Defense (DoD), intelligence, and federal law enforcement operations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and execute the US market entry and expansion strategy for CRFS’s ruggedized RF sensors and geolocation arrays.

Government & Defense Liaison: Act as the lead point of contact for major US defense primes (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman) and government agencies (DoD, DHS, FCC).

Technical Consultation: Conduct high-level demonstrations of RFeye Site and RFeye Mission Manager, explaining complex geolocation methodologies (TDoA, AoA) to technical stakeholders.

Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value contracts, from identifying federal grant/funding opportunities to final site acceptance testing.

Collaboration with Cambridge (UK): Liaise with the Engineering and Product Management teams in Cambridge to ensure product roadmaps align with specific US regulatory and military standards (e.g., MIL-STD, NIST).

Basic Requirements

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
Industry Experience: 10+ years of technical sales experience in RF/Microwave, Electronic Warfare (EW), or SIGINT industries.

Security Clearance: Must currently hold or be eligible for a US Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent military experience in EW/Comm).

Deep RF Knowledge: Mastery of spectrum analyzers, receivers, antennas, and signal processing. Understanding the nuances of "low SWaP" (Size, Weight, and Power) for drone-mounted or man-portable systems.

Network: Existing relationships within the US Army, Navy, Air Force, or federal spectrum management agencies.
