Everbridge’s Travel Risk Management team is seeking an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in Travel Risk Management (TRM) sales. This leadership role involves managing a global team of seven sales professionals to drive growth and support sales for our travel risk management software and assistance services, including Secure Journey Management, Medical Evacuation & Repatriation Plan (MERP), Risk Assessments, and other ancillary services. 




What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a global sales team spread across the UK, USA, and Japan. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for TRM software and service subscriptions. 
  • Drive sales of ancillary services such as Secure Journey Management, MERP, and Risk Assessments. 
  • Collaborate with the Travel Risk Management operations team to ensure alignment with sales initiatives. 
  • Work closely with the Solutions Marketing team to represent Everbridge TRM in the market. 
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. 
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the sales team. 

what you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the Travel Risk Management industry. 
  • Strong understanding of TRM software and related services. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse, remote team. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different regions and cultures. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
