Major Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Ceragon’s Managed Services and Software-Led Services across the EMEA market. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international and/or regional services sales within the wireless industry. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering key relationships with service providers and private networks.

Areas of Responsibility, Permanent Objectives, and Duties:

·        Generate leads and manage customer engagements from lead generation through booking for Managed Services and Software-Led Services.

·        Serve as the subject-matter expert for our managed services offerings in the region.

·        Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.

·        Develop compelling written responses to tenders and proposals.

·        Travel frequently within EMEA region.

·        Develop and execute an engagement plan for Managed Services in EMEA to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·        Meet or exceed defined sales targets, including annual booking goals, recurring revenue (ARR) objectives, and qualified pipeline generation milestones.

·        Track and report pipeline development, forecasting, and achievement against sales targets.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and private network clients.

·        Lead and mentor the regional sales team to ensure high performance and results.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive managed services sales and support market expansion.

·        Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs.

Qualifications and Education:

·        Proven track record in Managed Services sales for a minimum of 5 years — MUST

·        Experience selling services to Service Providers and/or Private Networks — MUST

·        Established industry relationships, including at C-level — MUST

·        Hunter mindset with a strong drive to grow the services business — MUST

·        Strong understanding of networking technologies — MUST

·        Excellent negotiating skills — MUST

·        Proven ability to develop new business and expand within existing accounts.

·        Demonstrated ability to close complex deals.

·        Exceptional communication and people skills

·        Fluent in English

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business
