About you:
You’re an experienced sales leader who knows how to help teams sell simply and effectively to micro businesses and small to medium customers. 

 

You have experience leading sales organisations across multiple locations and you’re confident bringing people together around a shared way of working. 

 

You enjoy fast‑moving environments and you bring structure, clarity and a calm approach to sales leadership. You understand the needs of international customers and you know how to guide teams in different markets. You’re curious, thoughtful and ready to rethink how a modern sales organisation should look as we grow our SBD businesses. 

 

You use data to guide your decisions, stay close to customers and coach teams to deliver predictable, sustainable results.

 

Day‑to‑day, you will:
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams across new business and account management, creating a simple and supportive way of working across multiple locations.
• Build and deliver a clear sales strategy for our SBD products using data and customer insight to grow in micro, small and medium business segments in different countries.
• Put straightforward and disciplined sales processes in place so teams can qualify, forecast and close work confidently.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline health and regular performance rhythms, giving us a clear view of how the business is performing today and where we need to evolve in the future.

 

Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience leading international sales teams and adapting your approach to suit different markets.
• Experience working closely with marketing and product teams to shape campaigns and customer conversations.
• Experience growing revenue from existing customers as well as winning new ones in micro and small business segments.

• Experience using structured sales methods that give teams confidence and make it easier to coach and refine ways of working.

• Experience evolving sales strategies to leverage new technologies and hybrid sales methodologies
