Sales Development Team Leader (Bilingual French and English Speaking)

The SDR team leader manage a Regional sales development representative (SDR) team— professionals responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with customers. They are also responsible for running a set number of calls per week. Although this role will be dealing with UK customers, there may also be times where you will help to generate MQLs and SAL on French-speaking customers and prospects.

This position is full time and will be hybrid (2 days/week in our Stratford, London office).
 

Your role in our future

  • They play a critical role in the Demand Generation ecosystem by ensuring their team’s performance aligns with regional objectives. The sales development manager’s primary responsibilities include training and developing the team, seeking new opportunities, meeting MQL and SAL goals.

  • This job actively collaborates with other departments to ensure the entire team is working towards the same overarching business objectives.

  • Skilled in data analysis, KPI tracking and workflow management, the SDR manager has a deep understanding of the company organization and is experienced in developing and maintaining key stakeholders’ relationships.

  • Ensure Teams Goals are met

  • Improve and Optimize Telemarketing Processes

  • Optimize and improve the Outbound and Inbound phone processes, which frequently involves evaluating existing processes and identifying where there are bottlenecks, such as low conversion rates.

  • Effectively managing a marketing funnel is critical for success, making this a vital role within any rapidly-scaling organization

Your profile:

  • Native French, fluent in English.

  • Knowledge of SFDC, SalesLoft, Office 365

  • Strong analytical abilities with a background in planning and managing through data;

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations;

  • Ability to utilize data to uncover leads/opportunities;

  • Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems;

  • Consistently hitting and exceeding quotas(team and individual);

  • Comfortable working in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced environment;

  • Outbound SDR management experience strongly preferred.
