Our UK Sales team is seeking a Sales Development Team Lead (f/m/d). In this role you will be instrumental in accelerating Moss's sales growth by mentoring and coaching team members to deliver outstanding results. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape, coach and mould the exciting Sales Development team who are at the forefront of Moss’ continued expansion, scaling this team up to 8 members as we continue our growth. You will impact not only your team's development into a market leading sales team, but in achieving our revenue goals. 

Your responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

  • Team Management & Skill Development - Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, directing, mentoring and providing support to foster a collaborative ‘team first’ environment.  Through commitment to L&D, develop growth plans with each team member and  provide regular feedback to improve their skill set and productivity.

  • Strategy Implementation - Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring their learnings into new customer acquisition strategies that effectively translate into acquired revenue. 

  • Data Driven Insights - Monitor and analyze key metrics, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve the teams’ efficiencies, communicating them in an effective manner. Develop and implement suitable, data-driven methods that enable the rapid growth of leads through outbound prospecting efforts. 

  • Customer Focused - Foster an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle by instilling a high level of customer orientation, advisory skills, and perseverance within the team.  

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience in leading fast-growth Sales Development teams within the B2B market

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
