Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales organisation. This is a strategically aligned role for individuals who want to contribute beyond traditional top-of-funnel activity and play a meaningful role in driving pipeline quality, deal progression, and revenue outcomes.
As an SDR, you will operate as an integral part of a pod, partnering closely with your Account Executive (AE) and cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultants and Customer Success to identify, develop, and progress both new logo and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts.
What you’ll do
Drive high-quality pipeline creation
Generate new business opportunities through targeted, insight-led outreach across multiple channels. Drive pipeline across both net-new logo acquisition and existing account expansion, with a focus on opportunities that convert, progress efficiently, and deliver long-term value.
Confidently engage senior decision-makers (VP level and above) and book high-quality meetings by leading with relevance, insight, and clear commercial value.
Partner closely with Account Executives
Align on account strategy across new logo and expansion motions, including opportunity development and deal progression. Operate as a true extension of your AE, contributing to how opportunities are shaped, qualified, and advanced throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate across the pod
Work closely with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to strengthen deal strategy, improve qualification, and maximise opportunity potential - particularly within complex, multi-threaded enterprise accounts.
Support new logo acquisition and account expansion
Prospect into new enterprise accounts while also unlocking growth within existing customers by building relationships across the organisation, identifying whitespace opportunities, and understanding evolving business priorities.
Take an ownership-led approach
Proactively identify opportunities, bring forward ideas, and take initiative in driving activity and outcomes - rather than relying on direction.
Build strong, credible senior relationships
Engage VP+ and C-level stakeholders with confidence, earning trust through thoughtful, value-led conversations that demonstrate a strong understanding of their objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.
Continuously optimise performance
Analyse pipeline quality, conversion rates, and engagement effectiveness to refine your approach, improve results over time, and consistently raise the quality bar.
