FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES• Identify and generate leads and prospects through various sources. • Interact new prospects and existing clients (via telephone and emai) to qualify and process leads for sales opportunities. • Manage and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline. • Set appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets by qualifying leads and synchronizing with the needs of the team. • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions. • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape. • Keep up to date with the ESET product set, effectively communicate the value proposition and react to objections and competitive questions. • Attend networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new leads. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management. • Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company. REQUIREMENTSEducation:• High school, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field or relevant sales skills and a strong understanding of the sales process. Experience:• Years of work experience: 5 Knowledge:• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to effectively represent the company. • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of expertise about the company's products or services to confidently inform and persuade potential clients. Language:• English – B1 Communication:• Communication and Active Listening: Clearly articulate product value, ask insightful questions, and actively listen to prospects' responses to build rapport and trust. • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
