To support our ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for an exceptional Sales Development
Representative to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our SaaS platform and
products. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing to develop and deliver campaigns that
fuel our outbound motion and educate the market. This role sits at the heart of our go-to-market
strategy and will be instrumental in building pipeline and brand credibility.

About you
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our go-to-market strategy by
engaging with potential clients, identifying fit, and booking qualified discovery meetings. You’ll be the
first point of contact in our sales process, and your work will directly influence our pipeline and
revenue growth.

• Research and identify potential clients in our target market using internal tools and external
platforms.
• Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (email, phone, social) to engage and qualify
prospects.
• Develop a deep understanding of Lantern’s value proposition and effectively communicate this
to prospects.
• Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives and contribute to building a robust sales
pipeline.
• Record and manage activity in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and industry
trends.
• Support the broader team by contributing to prospecting strategies, content ideas, and sales
experimentation.
