At Technimove, we’re passionate about transforming the way the world’s leading IT service providers manage their data centres. As the market leader in Data Centre Transformations, we deliver high-quality Professional Services and Data Centre Migrations for global clients, from ambitious start-ups to some of the most recognisable names in tech.

Our secret weapon? Our people. Known as our TechniPeople, we’ve built a diverse, supportive, and ambitious team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and passion. Some of our colleagues have been with us for over a decade, while many others are just starting their journey — but all share the same energy, drive, and love for what we do.

Now, we’re looking for our next Sales superstars to join the journey!

The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving Technimove’s growth. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, creating opportunities, opening doors, and starting conversations that lead to lasting partnerships. This is more than just lead generation — it’s about building relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning Technimove as their trusted partner for transformation.

This is the perfect role for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and ready to make their mark in IT sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying new business opportunities across markets, clients, and partnerships

  • Generating leads through outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking)

  • Building relationships and developing tailored proposals for potential clients

  • Pitching Technimove’s services to new and existing customers with confidence

  • Attending industry events and conferences to connect, learn, and stay ahead of the curve

  • Developing a deep understanding of our services, competitors, and market positioning

What we're looking for:

  • Degree-level qualification or 1+ year in IT Sales

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels

  • Relationship-building expertise and a consultative approach

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Tenacity, drive, and hunger for success — you don’t give up easily, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment

Why choose Technimove?

  • Be part of a market-leading company with an international client base

  • Join a team that genuinely values its people and celebrates success

  • Clear opportunities for career progression and professional growth

  • A culture built on passion, collaboration, and excellence

At Technimove, this isn’t just another sales role — it’s a chance to grow, succeed, and shape the future of IT services alongside a team that truly loves what they do.

Ready to start your journey with us? Apply today and become part of the TechniPeople!
