THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the team, you will coordinate closely with the sales and marketing team to research, prospect and create new opportunities for the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the growth of our business. The high-performing SDR team at CPAi is hardworking and knows how to win. Best of all, we have a lot of fun doing it.

The ideal candidate should be looking to build a long-term, successful career. You don’t need to have a 5 to 10-year plan. If you are out of college and know you want to get somewhere in the Tech world but are unsure where and how this could be a great opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be the Face of ContractPodAi, you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers.
  • Use all available channels to identify and contact key decision-makers in Fortune 1000 level companies: Phone/Email/Social Channels
  • Effectively share our mission and model to prospective clients by highlighting why meeting with ContractPodAi will bring value to their business
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious KPIs and activity levels

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Positivity determination to turn a “no” into a “yes” through strategic objection handling and consultative questioning which we will teach you
  • Ability to thrive in a team selling environment
  • Proven initiative and results-driven
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within an organization
  • Outstanding communication, organization and time-management skills
  • Good listener
