About the Role
Validity is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing EMEA sales team. Sales Development Representatives are the driving force of Validity’s growth. In this role, you’ll generate and expand pipeline through research, targeted outreach, and precise qualification. Our SDRs partner closely with our Account Executive team to create high-quality opportunities.
Fluency in English and French and/or German is required to support DACH and France-Benelux regions.
This is a hybrid office-based position which requires working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Validity's London office location.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Team Dynamic
What success looks like:
- In your first 30 days: Ramp quickly by mastering messaging, meeting daily activity goals, and booking 10+ first meetings.
- In your first 60 days: Drive pipeline growth by consistently generating SQOs and passing qualified opportunities to the right Account Executive.
- In your first 90 days: Deliver measurable impact by hitting monthly SQO targets, with 1 to 2 opportunities progressing into late stages.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Run multi-touch, multi-channel prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, videos, and in-person events.
- Personalize outreach using account research and trigger events.
- Book qualified meetings and build a strong early-stage pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and share field feedback for continuous improvement.
- Log clean data and next steps in Salesforce; report weekly on activities, meetings, and sales qualified opportunities (SQOs).
- 0-3+ years in B2B sales development or customer-facing roles (SaaS experience preferred).
- Curiosity and resilience - you enjoy solving problems, excel at written outreach, and you’re not afraid of picking up the phone.
- Comfortable with metrics and coaching; you adapt quickly and take feedback well.
- Fluency in English and French and/or German is required to support DACH and France-Benelux regions.
- Ability to work in the company’s London (Southwark) office 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
