Description

Silverfort is a cyber-security startup that develops a revolutionary identity protection platform. Our mission is to provide industry-leading unified identity protection solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Using patented technology, Silverfort’s platform enables strong authentication across entire corporate networks and cloud environments, without any modifications to endpoints and servers.

Silverfort has been widely recognised as an industry innovator, being named “Best of MFA award” from Expert Insights, Microsoft Security 20/20 partner award, and Homeland Security Award for Best Identity Access Management platform for its agentless secure authentication and zero trust platform by Astors.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team! In this role, you will seek new meetings by contacting and developing relationships with prospects in your territory by inbound and outbound efforts and have the autonomy to shape the future pipeline of that territory. You will use your superior communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from first contact until you set a qualified meeting that you will pass to our field team. You will be the first line of contact for our customers along their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads from multiple sources, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage with companies that fit Silverfort’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), understanding their needs before transitioning them to the field team.
  • Execute strategic prospecting via phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Confidently present Silverfort’s value proposition to potential clients, both virtually and at industry events.
  • Qualify and convert prospects into high-value meetings for the sales team.
  • Take full ownership of individual performance, accurately forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of outreach activity while ensuring quality interactions that drive meaningful pipeline growth.
  • Regularly report territory performance to senior stakeholders, providing insights into successful strategies and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas, with a self-driven approach to performance and accountability.
  • Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple work streams, including event leads, webinar registrations, and cold outbound outreach.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset, eager to take on new challenges and continuously improve.
