The Sales Development Representative at FullCircl is responsible for driving customer engagement and generating revenue through innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. This dedicated team works collaboratively to develop targeted strategies, create compelling marketing campaigns, and establish meaningful relationships with potential customers, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities that will fuel our sales pipeline. This role will be crucial in establishing connections with prospects, understanding their pain points, and effectively communicating how FullCircl's solutions can address their challenges. The key responsibilities will include conducting outbound prospecting, managing inbound inquiries, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into opportunities for the sales team.

This position will be within our FullCircl brand, which was established in 2021 through the merger of Artesian Solutions and DueDil. Sales Development Representative Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with new prospects, nurturing the lead to pass onto the Sales team
- Book meetings for the Sales team to further qualify opportunities
- Be measured and targeted on the number of sales qualified opportunities created
- Qualify inbound enquiries generated by Marketing
- Identify and target new contacts within accounts
- Identify prospect needs, pains and requirements that FullCircl can solve
- Follow up on inbound and outbound campaigns
- Proactively prospect contacts via outbound methods (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
- Develop a rapport and build “champions” in target accounts
- Book meetings with target contacts
- Educate non-target contacts on FullCircl value paths to push internal discussions
- Promote the necessary call to action and follow up on cold leads
About the Sales Development Representative
- Ambitious self-starter who takes responsibility and ownership for their own success
- 1-3 years (minimum) of Business Development experience (B2B technology a bonus)
- Knowledge or experience in the financial industry
- Exceptional written and phone communication skills – the power to influence
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, cold caller
- Team player, who understands the values of the banking and or insurance world
- Understanding of SaaS businesses
- Understand value sell vs feature sell
- Desire to learn and develop
Beneficial, but not Essential
- Knowledge of MEDDIC and SPIN
- Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot
