Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting the Business Development team. This role is a critical stepping stone into B2B SaaS sales, providing hands-on experience in lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales strategy execution within the iGaming space.

SDRs play a key role in supporting Business Development Directors by focusing on lead generation and qualification, allowing BD Directors to concentrate on closing deals. While the SDR identifies and nurtures potential clients, the BD Director drives them to contract signing.

This role is ideal for a motivated, ambitious individual looking to develop a successful career in B2B SaaS sales within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation efforts across key regions.
  • Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings for Business Development Directors.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFP responses, sales presentations, and competitive market research.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and build client relationships.
  • Support Business Development Directors in administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a B2B SaaS iGaming environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and lead generation techniques.
  • Willingness to travel for international industry events and conferences.
