Welcome to the Agentic Commerce Era

At Commerce, our mission is to empower businesses to innovate, grow, and thrive with our open, AI-driven commerce ecosystem. As the parent company of BigCommerce, Feedonomics, and Makeswift, we connect the tools and systems that power growth, enabling businesses to unlock the full potential of their data, deliver seamless and personalized experiences across every channel, and adapt swiftly to an ever-changing market. We believe in harnessing AI responsibly to unlock new possibilities, and we’re looking for individuals who use it intentionally to solve problems, accelerate outcomes, and expand what’s possible in their role. Our purpose is to help businesses confidently solve complex commerce challenges so they can build smarter, adapt faster, and grow on their own terms. If you want to be part of a team of bold builders, sharp thinkers, and technical trailblazers who shape the future of commerce, this is the place for you.

We're looking for a Bilingual Outbound SDR who's built a real pipeline and wants to keep leveling up. This role targets Mid to Enterprise Market prospects across defined target accounts, requiring a sharper approach to account research, stakeholder mapping, and multi-channel outreach.

You'll be the first voice prospects hear from our team. That means earning the right to a conversation, qualifying with rigor, and consistently creating opportunities that our AEs and Account Directors can run with.

This is a role for someone hungry, coachable, and ready to open doors - not to sit and smash through a call list, but to run smart, researched, multi-channel outbound that actually gets a reply. You won't be a lone lead-gen machine either; our AEs and ADs are hands-on in outbound too, so you'll be partnering with them on strategy, not just handing over phone numbers.

This is a hybrid role based in London, UK. We require 3 days a week in office & you must be commutable to London.

We are looking for someone who is bilingual, with business level fluency in English, as well as one of the following languages; German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian or French
What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory - researching the account, identifying the right contacts, and building a genuine reason to reach out

  • Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach that stands out - we lean heavily on the phone and LinkedIn, because generic email doesn't cut through anymore

  • Create qualified opportunities and hand them off to AEs & ADs - with clear context, confirmed fit, and a warm transition

  • Partner with AEs & ADs on account and territory strategy - collaborating on who to target and how to approach them

  • Maintain a high-quality, up-to-date CRM with next steps, notes, and accurate pipeline data

  • Contribute to sequence and messaging improvement by sharing what's working and flagging what isn't

  • Support partner and marketing-led co-selling campaigns, owning the outbound that comes off the back of them

  • Get involved with events and trade shows where relevant - booking meetings beforehand and following up afterwards to convert attendance into pipeline

  • Hit and exceed your monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities created

Who You Are:
  • At least 6 months of SDR or outbound sales experience

  • Previous SDR experience working alongside and collaborating with an AE or AD preferred

  • A structured approach to prospecting - you use research, prioritize accounts thoughtfully, and follow up with intent
  • Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and concise - whether on the phone, in an email, or on a voicemail

  • Resilience and emotional consistency - you bounce back quickly and don’t let a rough morning derail your afternoon

  • Genuine coachability - you seek feedback, apply it quickly, and see every conversation as a chance to improve

  • Healthy competitiveness - you want to win and help the team win, without the ego

  • Process discipline - you follow up when you say you will, maintain your CRM without being asked, and respect systems

  • Ambition to grow - you’re building toward AE or a broader sales career and you treat this role as the foundation

  • G Suite familiarity (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

  • Salesforce and Outreach - our primary CRM and sales engagement platform preferred/desirable

  • AI prospecting and productivity tools such as Actively AI, ChatGPT, and Claude preferred/desirable

  • Intent and tech-stack intelligence tools such as 6sense, preferred

  • Familiarity with SaaS and/or eCommerce preferred/desirable - able to speak credibly about common business challenges in these spaces preferred
