Position Overview
Bobyard is building AI to automate construction takeoffs — a process contractors still spend dozens of hours doing manually for each project. Our system combines computer vision and multiple models to analyze drawings and produce results that are faster and often more accurate than traditional workflows.
In this role, your goal is to generate as many high-quality demos as possible for our Account Executives through outbound channels such as cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other creative approaches. You’ll be introducing contractors to a product that consistently delivers immediate value in demos, reflected in strong conversion rates.
It’s a great role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, moving fast, and building real pipelines in a high-growth environment.
Desired AttributesSales experience: 1+ year in SDR, sales, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
Strong communication: clear, direct, and confident
Work ethic: comfortable with high outbound activity and fast pace
Ownership mindset: willing to do what it takes to win (calls, events, creative outreach)
Highly organized and coachable
Construction or landscaping experience is a plus
Competitive base salary + commission (£38K–£45K base)
