Requirements

About You:

  • Great Communicator: You’re confident and engaging, effortlessly connecting with senior decision-makers. Motivated & Tenacious: You thrive in goal-oriented environments and embrace challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Well-Organised: You’re adept at managing multiple tasks and leads at once, ensuring that every opportunity is seized.
  • Inquisitive & Eager to Grow: You have a genuine passion for technology, software development, or consulting, and you're enthusiastic about expanding your knowledge in these fields.
  • Proven ability to lead a team: You have managed a team of (junior) sales reps and can motivate them to deliver on their KPIs.
  • Experience: We’re looking for candidates who have a background in sales, lead generation, or business development and team leadership. Your experience in these areas will make you a great fit for our team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Discover & Connect with Potential Clients: Dive into research to find and engage with potential clients in key industries, showing them how Codurance can enhance their software delivery and engineering practices.
  • Reach Out to Decision Makers: Start and nurture relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and other senior executives through friendly cold calls, thoughtful emails, and social media outreach to introduce them to what Codurance has to offer.
  • Schedule Meetings for Our Sales Team: Skillfully qualify leads and arrange discovery meetings for our Account Executives, where they can delve deeper into client challenges and present customised solutions. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions of leads and stay aligned on our sales objectives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team: In addition to your own outbound lead generation, you’ll also be nurturing leads generated by marketing so you will need to work collaboratively with them to maximise this opportunity.
  • Keep CRM Information Updated: Maintain accurate and current records of all sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot), tracking lead progress and follow-up tasks with care.
  • Coach and support junior team members: In addition to maintaining and growing your own pipeline of leads, you’ll have additional responsibilities to coach and support junior members of the SDR team to help them become productive and successful. For now this is a small team, but if successful the opportunities to grow both the team and your career will be significant.
  • Grow & Learn: Stay up to date on industry trends, Codurance’s offerings, and the changing needs of potential clients to boost your outreach success by participating in industry-related events, webinars, and personal research.
