Job Description

In close collaboration with the Global Brands Director, you will:

  • Lead and mentor the Sales Development (SDR) team: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to develop their skills and maximize their performance.
  • Drive team performance and efficiency: Monitor team performance closely, analyze inbound and outbound processes, and identify areas for improvement, including the removal of any blockers.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): Produce weekly reports on team activity, pipeline progress, and key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per lead).
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns: In partnership with the Marketing Team, develop, test, and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, social media) to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews: Prepare monthly summary reports on inbound and outbound progress, including recommendations for improvement (start, stop, continue) based on data analysis.
  • Optimize the SDR technology stack: In conjunction with the Sales Operations Team, oversee the performance of the SDR technology stack, identifying any gaps or opportunities for optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers: Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify suitable leads and develop a plan to generate qualified meetings through cross-channel outreach.
  • Generate a minimum number of meetings per month: This will be the key metric driving your sales commission.
  • Conduct early-stage prospect engagement: Engage in early-stage conversations with inbound and outbound prospects to assess their needs and determine if they are a good fit for Cint's services and technologies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Cint's services and technologies, as well as the broader market research industry trends.

Qualifications

  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, independent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting: Possesses strong analytical skills to effectively communicate data insights and track progress towards goals.
  • Enthusiastic and driven: Excels at prospecting, building relationships, and developing creative solutions to address client needs.
  • Proven track record of success: 2-3 years of experience as an SDR (and ideally mentoring or managing SDRs), demonstrating a consistent ability to generate qualified leads and build strong client relationships.
