Your role at Dynatrace

We are looking for a Sales or Business student to join our Sales organization in Barcelona. This is a part‑time internship (20–25 hours per week) running from October to March, offering hands‑on experience for those interested in building a career in Tech Sales.
You will collaborate with global teams in a diverse, international environment and gain exposure to the fast‑growing world of cloud and AIOps technology.
Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the APM and AIOps software field sales organization.
• Partner with field sales representatives and marketing teams to generate demand and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Develop an understanding of each account’s business challenges and learn the full Sales Development prospecting process.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to gain real‑world experience in the technology industry and the global SaaS market.

  • Conduct research on accounts, industry personas, and market segments to support sales development outreach.
What will help you succeed

• Enrollment in a university degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related disciplin for the full duration of the internhship
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Tech Sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
