Individuals in this role will utilize foundational skills in sales development, including lead qualification, outreach strategies, and CRM utilization.

Individuals in this role will utilize foundational skills in sales development, including lead qualification, outreach strategies, and CRM utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for the sales team
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Conduct initial outreach activities via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain and update prospect databases in CRM systems
- Assist in scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
- Learn and apply basic sales development techniques and strategies
- Support the sales development team in various administrative tasks
- May be required to support additional products/brands as required.
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
- Basic understanding of social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace
- Basic data entry and database management skills
- Fundamental understanding of sales processes and terminology
- Basic phone and email communication tools
- 1-2 years experience in Sales Development or related fields
