What you'll do

  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, generating opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Qualification & Discovery: Conduct structured calls to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and determine business fit based on Pigment’s ICP and value proposition.
  • Outbound Support: Assist in basic outbound prospecting activities using templates, research, and personalization.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Log all activity, notes, and touchpoints accurately in Salesforce; maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure proper follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, marketing, Partners and growth teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate coachability, accept feedback openly, and adapt to new processes and messaging with guidance.

Who you are

  • Fluent to professional level in both German and English
  • Based commutable distance from either of our London or Paris offices
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Ideally some experience in sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate CRM records, be organized
