In this role, you’ll join our market-leading Business Development team in EMEA LATAM, driving outbound pipeline creation and uncovering new opportunities. About the role

As an SDR, you’ll strategically identify, research, and engage outbound leads across targeted accounts and markets. You’ll own the discovery process, qualify prospects, and hand over high-value opportunities to the Account Executive team to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Source, research, and proactively contact outbound prospects.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline by qualifying decision-makers.
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and build relationships.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless opportunity handover.
  • Overcome objections and lead professional discovery conversations.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other tools to track, manage, and report on all activities.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of your assigned markets and industries.
What You Have
  • Languages: Fluent German and English (both required).
  • 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive, go-getter approach.
  • Strong communication skills across email, phone, and social platforms.
  • Experience writing crisp, impactful emails and conducting engaging calls.
  • Excellent pre-call planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of independence and resilience.
  • Team player excited to work in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment.
  • Salesforce and sales training experience a plus.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working with EMEA and DACH regions.
  • Passion for the mobile marketing and SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Data.ai, and open-source prospecting.
  • Recommended by an AppsFlyer team member.
