Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (German-Speaking preferred), you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, blending your understanding of our products with your passion for customer engagement. Dive into consumer research, generate leads, and cultivate relationships, turning warm prospects into long-term partners. This junior role is perfect for go-getters ready to make an impact and requires attendance at our London office 3-4 days a week. 
Responsibilities
  • Champion Our Solutions: Lead with a thorough understanding of our products, researching to identify how our solutions meet market needs. 
  • Source New Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business and growth prospects through direct outreach (phone, social, email) and channels, in collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Management. 
  • React Swiftly: Rapidly respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying opportunities and engaging potential clients through various mediums (phone, social, email). 
  • Personalize Interactions: Utilize Salesforce, 6Sense, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other resources to create meaningful dialogues with prospects. 
  • Qualify Leads: Identify prospect challenges, articulate Eptura’s value proposition, and suggest appropriate solutions. 
  • Nurture & Re-engage: Maintain a timely pipeline of interested prospects, converting them into future opportunities. 
  • Handover Excellence: Set up qualified meetings between prospective customers and Sales Account Executives. 
  • Manage Efficiently: Maintain Salesforce hygiene, plan your day effectively, and manage open tasks set by your Sales Development Director and Account Executives. 
  • Report Regularly: Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and trends to the Sales Development Director & wider team. 
  • Build Best Practices: Contribute to refining the department’s Sales Development Playbook. 
About You
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Experience: 1+ years in sales or customer service. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong skills in phone and email communication, with proficiency in German highly preferred. 
  • Positive Attitude: A strong positive outlook and a desire to learn. 
  • Team Player: Eager to be part of building an outstanding team. 
  • Technical Proficiency Perferred: Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), Sales Enablement Platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.), ZoomInfo, and Cognism. 
  • Office Presence: Willingness to work from our London office 3-4 days a week.
