About The Role

Our Sales Development function is the “tip of the spear” in the sales process, supporting the wider sales team. The ideal SDR candidate will demonstrate sales intuition and ambition. We are looking for someone that has a strong team-oriented mindset and a hunter mentality. The candidate will need to have good organisation and written / verbal communication skills and needs to be comfortable with making phone calls! Professionalism is a must, and have the confidence to have high-level conversations with C-level stakeholders in medium to large enterprise organisations. 

The candidate needs to be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, you will be supported with coaching, familiarising yourself with our processes and supporting tools - and motivation to ramp up quickly!

What You Will Do 

  • Drive lead generation, and build revenue pipeline by prospecting and setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision makers across Northern Europe. 
  • Profile accounts identify a prospect's pain and support the wider sales team to create opportunities. 
  • Collaborating with our marketing team, to ensure rapid follow-up on campaigns
  • Demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with your wider team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales success plan
  • Effectively partner with the channel team with call out days and activities
  • Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools 

Must Have 

  • 1 - 1.5 plus years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian 
  • Energetic, upbeat and a tenacious team player! Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value.
  • Ability to analyse those needs, qualify opportunities and handle objections
  • Must be a self-starter and proficient and working independently and remotely.
  • Ambition and creativity to bring new ideas to the company to successfully achieve their targets and goals.
  • Drive, Grit, Team Orientated: strong desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Strong written and spoken communication in Danish and English
