We seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to expand adoption of our financial products across an established portfolio of US-based clients. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and generating qualified pipeline within our existing customer ecosystem. The ideal candidate is energetic, consultative, and eager to grow in a high-impact sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage outreach strategies to engage existing POS clients across the US
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for embedded financial products
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers
- Build strong relationships with merchants and decision-makers through consultative conversations
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to drive retention and expansion
- Understand client pain points and position tailored fintech solutions effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution
- Stay informed on fintech trends, payment solutions, and merchant financing products
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, resilience, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (B2B
preferred) - Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive and clear
- Resilience and determination – thrives under pressure and rejection
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high-activity environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools
- Excellent time management and organisation skills

Hiring process.
Successful candidates will have a short screening call with RecruitmentJunky, before being
invited for a video interview with a hiring manager. There will be two interview stages total.
