About Novidea

Novidea provides a cloud-based, data-driven platform designed specifically for insurance brokers, agents, and MGAs. Our technology enables insurance organisations to manage the entire policy lifecycle, drive operational efficiency, and gain deeper insights into their business.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious SDR/BDR to support our growth in the insurance and broker market. In this combined role, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads and working closely with Account Executives to progress them into qualified opportunities, whilst also driving outbound activity, including calls, campaigns, and events, to generate qualified opportunities with brokers, MGAs and agents across our target markets, while building interest in the Novidea platform and raising our profile in the market.

You will play a key role in building the pipeline by introducing prospective clients to Novidea’s platform and demonstrating how our technology can help modernise insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective insurance brokers, agents, and MGAs within our target markets.
  • Manage inbound leads and work closely with Account Executives to progress them into qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organisations.
  • Book discovery meetings between prospects and Account Executives as part of the qualification process.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and outreach activity within the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales and marketing teams on campaigns and events focused on our target organisations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the insurance broker lifecycle and Novidea’s platform.
  • Stay up to date with market developments relevant to Novidea’s business and target markets.
  • Contribute to go-to-market research, planning, and market insight development.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, insurance, or fintech.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Interest in the insurance and insurtech sector.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads and conversations.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with commission structure.
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling insurtech company.
  • Exposure to global insurance markets.
  • Ongoing sales training and career progression opportunities.
