We are looking for a new colleague for Sales Development Representative position!  

Job Description

Key duties:

  • Help generate leads and customer appointments by exploring new sales channels.
  • Manage and organise a pipeline of prospects, working closely with sales colleagues to coordinate appointments with prospects and sales managers.
  • Identify and implement effective strategies to streamline lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Utilise various channels, including LinkedIn and internal sources, to secure appointments with potential customers.
  • Understand the needs of potential customers and present them with suitable products or solutions to build long-term relationships.
  • Proactively research and discover new sales opportunities in the market
  • Accurately document and report sales activities in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • If you have experience in business information, credit insurance, factoring, or debt collection, it's a definite plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with a proven ability to creatively solve problems and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Customer-focused with a structured approach to work, particularly in documenting sales activities and managing customer information. 
  • Highly goal-oriented with a solid understanding of sales KPIs.
  • Proficient in using MS Office products and CRM software such as MS Dynamics.
  • Degree‑educated with strong academic foundations, including GCSE qualifications.
