As a Sales Development Rep you will be responsible for engaging with existing clients, prospecting new customers, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process. You will be joining our highly successful sales team who are passionate about helping care providers to provide better quality of care through adopting proven digital transformation. With experience of nurturing leads and closing on deals, you will help bring in new business and ensure that we continue to be the market leaders in our sector. 

What you'll do:

  • Call prospective customers following online enquiries to qualify leads and book consultations with Business Development Managers
  • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective customers
  • Accurately qualify prospects and booking consultations for Business Development Managers
  • Reach out to existing customers to sell other products from our Connected Care portfolio
  • Maintain and update accurate details on our CRM system HubSpot
  • Follow up with care homes following demo appointments and answer any additional questions to help close deals

What you'll bring:

  • Proven internal sales experience and a successful record hitting sales targets and KPI’s
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills in fast-paced environment
  • Experience of nurturing leads to generate business deals
  • Experience or knowledge of software systems used in the health or social care sector is desirable
