Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We are searching for an Associate Sales Development Coordinator. As an Associate SDC, you are the starting point of our outreach across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will learn the art of modern prospecting and play a vital part in fuelling Lightspeed’s growth by opening doors to new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on the "top-of-the-funnel" - proactively identifying and connecting with potential partners within the Hospitality industry. Through high-energy outreach and curious discovery, you will uncover business challenges and introduce how Lightspeed’s solutions can transform their operations. By successfully qualifying leads and booking key initial meetings, you will directly contribute to the success of our wider sales team.

This role is ideal for a resilient, coachable, and hungry individual looking to launch their career in tech sales. If you are a natural communicator who loves a challenge and is motivated by hitting targets, this is your starting point to grow within a global leader.

What you will be doing...

  • Act as the face of Lightspeed for incoming market leads and enquiries, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Evaluate inbound leads against agreed criteria to ensure we are focusing on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Seamlessly transition qualified prospects to Account Executives by scheduling high-quality product demonstrations.
  • Build and send accurate quotes, ensuring all pricing, internal approvals, and contract documentations are 100% correct.
  • Manage the backend of the sale with precision, processing deals through our systems efficiently.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by tracking hardware deliveries and ensuring a smooth hand-off.

And a little bit of....

  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.

What you need to bring:

  • You are comfortable and professional on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent the Lightspeed brand with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • You can juggle a high volume of inbound leads while staying on top of administrative tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritise your day to keep the momentum going.
  • You have a high attention to detail. Whether you are building a quote, checking pricing, or tracking a hardware delivery, you take pride in ensuring every document is 100% accurate.
  • You understand that your work is the foundation for our Account Executives’ success. You communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams to move deals forward.
  • You possess a growth mindset and a "can-do" attitude. You are coachable, curious about the Hospitality industry, and hungry to master the fundamentals of a modern sales organisation.
