As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in empowering our Account Management team to do what they do best: retain, grow, and delight our customer base. You’ll be the operational engine behind the team – streamlining processes, connecting the dots across departments, and ensuring every customer touchpoint runs with clarity and speed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Act as the central coordination point for the Account Management team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the team stays focused on high-impact activities
  • Own and optimize key processes that help us scale – from customer data workflows to deal tracking and internal communication flows
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Support, Billing, and Product to keep information flowing and actions aligned
  • Coordinate campaign activities, support onboarding initiatives, and help deliver a frictionless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects and wider company initiatives, stepping in wherever needed to drive success and support the AM team in reaching their goals
  • Spot inefficiencies early and take proactive steps to resolve them – whether that means fixing a broken process or building a new one

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience in a coordination, sales support, operations, or enablement role – ideally in a SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment
  • You’re process-driven, organized, and thrive when multiple moving parts come together
  • You’ve worked with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
  • You have a customer-first mindset, and understand how internal efficiency drives external impact
  • You’re a problem-solver by nature – proactive, detail-oriented, and never afraid to ask, “How can this be better?”
  • You enjoy working with others and have a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • You bring strong communication skills in English – both written and verbal
