In every role, McCainers are ambitious, curious, and passionate about creating exceptional work experiences - together. With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy.
About the role .
As a Sales Coordination & Support Manager, you will be the central point of coordination, administration and commercial support for the Retail business in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Acting as a trusted business partner to the Sales Manager Retail SK&CZ, you will combine hands-on customer-facing responsibility with cross-functional coordination across Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Marketing - ensuring Retail customer agreements are executed accurately, customer relationships are well managed, and the sales organisation runs efficiently across both markets.
What you'll be doing.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relationship Management - Serve as the first point of contact for Retail customers (CZ/SK) on administrative and commercial matters; act as backup for the KAM/Sales Manager; build trusted relationships with procurement, logistics and finance counterparts on the customer side.
  • Pricing, Conditions & Agreement Management - Own end-to-end price and discount administration for Retail (CZ/SK): process pricing and discount requests, validate credit note/price correction requests, manage the full lifecycle of Retail agreements and accrual set-up (Vistex), and maintain a customer condition matrix.
  • Invoice & Documentation Administration - Manage incoming and outgoing invoices and purchase orders for Retail vendors (CZ/SK); confirm condition-related invoices; ensure timely and accurate archiving per legal retention requirements.
  • Order Resolution, Complaints & Quality Management - Resolve blocked/missed orders with Customer Service, manage overdue invoices for defined key Retail accounts, and lead complaints and quality claims end-to-end.
  • Sales Forecasting & Planning Support - Support the Retail sales forecasting process by consolidating KAM/Sales Manager input and historic data, aligning with Demand Planning, and flagging risks to product availability.
  • Commercial Reporting & Analytics - Prepare and issue regular Retail sales, volume and net invoice reporting (Excel/Power BI); analyse key drivers and gaps; contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools.
  • SKU & Promotional Master Data Administration - Own SKU and product master data maintenance for Retail customers; manage product data in Nielsen Brandbank/atrify; manage the Retail promo calendar in coordination with Marketing.
  • Internal Collaboration - Provide backup support for the Sales Manager and Foodservice Sales Coordinator as needed.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • A University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field is welcome, though equivalent practical experience in a similar role is equally valued.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales administration, sales coordination or customer condition management, ideally within FMCG or Retail.
  • Strong understanding of Retail commercial processes: pricing, discounts, agreements, accruals and promotional mechanics.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel) and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Word; experience with condition/accrual tools (e.g. Vistex) and reporting tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Fluent/advanced English (written and spoken) is required, alongside Slovak and/or Czech.
  • Open to learning and implementing AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude).
  • You take ownership and accountability for your work and its outcomes.
  • You put the customer first and build lasting, trust-based relationships.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, assertiveness and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Benefits of the role .
  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Opportunity to be a part of a global iconic brand, fun and high performing team.
  • A varied and responsible job in an effective and international team with flat hierarchies.
  • Local benefit (Health and Pension insurance).
  • Work in an environment you actively help to shape and create.
  • Benefit Plus Cafeteria program.
