Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant specializing in Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling ASB investment products to eligible customers. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth and success.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential customers for ASB investment products
2. Educate clients on the benefits and features of ASB investments
3. Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable ASB products
4. Assist customers with the application process for ASB investments
5. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
7. Stay updated on market trends and ASB product developments
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service
9. Participate in marketing events and promotional activities
10. Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries
11. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
3. Strong knowledge of ASB products and Malaysian investment landscape
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
6. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
7. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office suite
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
9. FIMM (Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia) certification preferred
10. Strong ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
