About the Role
As a Sales & Business Analyst, you will enable our UK teams to make faster, smarter data-driven decisions. More than just providing numbers, you will act as a business partner — helping colleagues get the most out of our tools and data, and ensuring insights translate into impactful actions.
Ready to turn data into decisions? In this role, you will:
- Partner with local teams to leverage reporting tools and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Develop quantitative analysis to provide actionable insights
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to guide business performance
- Develop sales and market intelligence by collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and market data, such as sell-in or sell-out
- Create and manage forecasts, track product availability, and support assortment decisions
- Support the launch of newness by consolidating and analyzing orders, and tracking performance of new introductions
- Improve business processes and implement best practices across analytics and operations
Who You Are
- University degree in Business, Economics, or related fields
- Experienced in working with data, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP, BI, or Power BI
- Strong communicator, able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative — a true self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable in an international environment and confident partnering with cross-functional teams
