About The Role


As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

  • Customer Service - Share your love of our products and deliver exceptional experiences, from helping customers find their perfect fit to making every purchase seamless and memorable.
  • Brand Bra Experience - bring our brand bra fitting experience to life, offering customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best 
  • Visual Merchandising - with training, you’ll  own the merchandising and presentation of our products, creating beautiful displays that guide customers to what they need… and what they didn’t even know they wanted
  • Keeping Store Standards - You’ll keep the store looking and running its best – from stock replenishment and deliveries to loss prevention and health & safety – making sure every visit feels seamless and inspiring
