The SAGE team works closely with clinical partners to deliver evidence-based solutions, education and training that truly make a difference on the ward. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical engagement, education and commercial development in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will partner closely with the Stryker SAGE Sales Team across the the Midlands and North UK, providing exceptional service and support to existing customers while developing the skills required to manage and grow a sales territory effectively.

You will:

  • Support territory growth in line with regional sales objectives

  • Learn how to plan, manage and execute a successful territory strategy

  • Deliver product training sessions and workshops to nurses and ward staff

  • Communicate product features, benefits and clinical applications with confidence

  • Conduct product trials and evaluations within clinical environments

  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with sales colleagues to introduce additional Stryker solutions

  • Build strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to basic business planning (daily, weekly and monthly objectives)

  • Act at all times with integrity, professionalism and respect, representing Stryker to the highest standard

What You Will Need
  • A medical, life sciences or business-based education, or equivalent work experience

  • Some previous sales or clinical experience is beneficial, but not essential

  • A driven, proactive mindset with strong people skills

  • Confidence presenting to groups

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • A track record of high achievement and a desire to learn and grow

  • The ability to engage, influence, motivate and build relationships

  • A strong work ethic and a passion for making an impact

  • Full driving licence

  • NB, you will also be required to travel to Oxford on occasion
