Description

At Houst 🏡 we make hosting hassle-free. From Edinburgh to Auckland, we’re transforming the short-term rental world with smart tech, great partnerships, and a relentless focus on keeping hosts happy. Since 2015, we’ve helped thousands of property owners unlock extra income — and we’re only just getting started.

We’re now looking for a Sales and Partnerships Lead to bring together two key teams: Host Sales and Partnership Sales. Until now, these have been separate functions, but we’re uniting them under one energetic leader who can drive both sides forward. This is a hands-on role for someone who can close deals themselves while also coaching a team, keeping the pipeline flowing, and building meaningful partnerships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop our Host Sales and Partnership Sales teams.
  • Own personal and team sales targets, hitting numbers across both functions.
  • Drive acquisition of new hosts and franchise-style partners in the UK and internationally.
  • Build and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to scale volume.
  • Grow and manage global partnership pipelines and lead generation.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for your team.
  • Keep Close (our CRM) accurate and up to date.
  • Analyse performance data to spot what’s working and where to adjust.
  • Report key KPIs to the Global Head of Sales and the SLT.
  • Represent Houst at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven success hitting and exceeding targets as both an individual contributor and team lead.
  • A clear, confident communicator who motivates others and leads by example.
  • Strong grasp of the full sales lifecycle and how to keep deals moving.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities.
  • Daily user of Close (or similar CRM) who loves a clean, accurate pipeline.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Able to work from our London office every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Benefits
  • Uncapped bonus potential - linked to performance of both teams
  • 25 days of paid holiday (+ your birthday off!)
  • Hybrid work setup with in-office days on Mon, Wed & Fri
  • Enhanced parental leave
