Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe, with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for both acquiring new business and ensuring that existing customers maximize the value of ShipperHQ. You’ll work closely with prospective clients, guiding them through our solutions, as well as maintaining strong relationships with current customers to drive retention and growth.

Your Impact:

  • Conduct sales calls and product demos to qualify and close new business opportunities in both SMB and Enterprise sales pipelines.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel, efficiently moving prospects through the pipeline while identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals to ensure they maximize the value of ShipperHQ.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and product adoption.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers, ensuring they are fully utilizing our solutions and resolving any issues they encounter.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and support, to improve messaging, product offerings, and overall customer experience.
  • Ensure customer retention by delivering excellent service and proactive problem-solving.
  • Negotiate pricing and sales terms with both new and existing customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in a SaaS sales or customer success role, with a track record of closing new business and driving customer retention.
  • Experience in eCommerce and familiarity with the eCommerce software landscape.
  • Proficiency in sales processes, funnel management, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience communicating with customers via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product details.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Technically proficient with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Deep understanding of the product and how/where value can be added.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Logistics:

  • This is a full-time remote position based in the UK.
  • Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9:30 am-6:00 pm with a 1-hour break for lunch.
  • Compensation is based on experience.
  • To be considered for this position, applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom. Proof of eligibility will be required before the commencement of employment.
