Role Description

As a Dropbox intern, you are part of a top-notch learning experience with professionals from all backgrounds. You’ll have a dedicated Dropboxer by your side, mentoring you every step of the way.

This EMEA-based internship sits within the Global Solutions Consultant team and focuses on developing AI-assisted smart reporting workflows, The role supports a strategic initiative for Dropbox Dash as workflows automation becomes increasingly important in 2026, with the goal of significantly reducing manual effort across Solutions Consulting and Customer Success.

We will work with you to accommodate your school end and start dates culminating in a minimum of a 12-week long internship.

Responsibilities
  •  Support the design and testing of AI-assisted smart reporting workflows, producing structured, AI-generated outcomes from discovery and implementation inputs.
  •  Analyze existing planning and reporting processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
  • Help define and standardize inputs, templates, and data structures that improve AI-generated reporting quality.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to gather feedback and validate output usability.
  • Assist in measuring impact, including time saved and quality improvements, and documenting project outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and enablement materials to support broader adoption of AI-driven reporting workflows.
Requirements
  • An upcoming sophomore or graduate student, graduating in '27 or later, majoring in fields like Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Able to work independently and proactively engage with business stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in creating automated workflows via Python and knowledge of SQL.
  • Exposure to restful APIs via coursework, personal projects, etc.
  • A foundation in probability and statistics is a plus.
Compensation
Ireland Pay Range
€3.500€3.500 EUR
