Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Bid Coordinator to join our Warehousing & Logistics (W&L) team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing a range of activities, such as campaign management, market and target customer research, content creation, and data/insight gathering.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and customer proposals, managing timelines and approvals to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
- Support the sales team with the creation of sales materials, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Conduct desktop research to support sales opportunities, understand market trends, and compile insights to inform bid strategies and commercial decision-making.
- Ensure all sales and bid activities adhere to internal governance processes and compliance requirements.
- Track and report on key sales performance metrics to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:
Commercial experience in sales and bid coordination or a project coordination role.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing software.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail.
Marketing or business related degree or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
