Build your career with a growing company helping shape the future of recycling.

Are you organised, confident communicating with customers and someone who takes pride in getting the details right?

Envipco is looking for a Sales Administrator to support its UK sales team in Warrington. You’ll help keep customer enquiries, orders and account administration running smoothly, joining the business at an exciting stage of its UK expansion.

About Envipco

Envipco is a global recycling technology company with more than four decades of experience. Its reverse vending machines help people return empty drinks containers for recycling, supporting deposit return schemes and keeping valuable materials in use.

Why join now?

With the Deposit Return Scheme scheduled to launch across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland in October 2027, Envipco is expanding its Warrington operations. A recently confirmed agreement to supply approximately 1,000 machines to a national UK retailer marks another important step.

You’ll join during a significant period of growth, supporting customers as they prepare for a major change in recycling and developing your own skills.

The role

Reporting to the Director of Sales UK & Ireland, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

You’ll be an important link between customers and colleagues, keeping information accurate, monitoring orders and making sure people receive timely updates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and promptly.

  • Preparing quotations, order confirmations and other sales documents.

  • Maintaining customer records, pricing information and order details.

  • Responding to customer enquiries and helping resolve queries, escalating issues where needed.

  • Working with sales, operations, finance and customer service colleagues to support smooth order fulfilment.

  • Monitoring order progress and communicating updates, delays or issues.

  • Helping set up new customer accounts and supporting onboarding.

  • Producing sales reports and accurate data to support forecasting and performance reviews.

  • Supporting the administration of contracts, pricing updates and service agreements.

  • Identifying ways to improve administrative processes and the customer experience.

About you

You’ll bring a helpful, professional approach and the ability to stay organised when priorities change. You should have:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and follow work through to completion.

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Confidence working with data and maintaining accurate records.

  • A proactive approach to solving problems and the confidence to ask questions.

  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.

  • GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or office support would be useful, but is not essential. Experience processing orders or using CRM and ERP systems would also be beneficial. Full training on our systems will be provided.

A relevant business administration or customer service qualification would be an advantage.

What we offer

  • Salary from £25,000 per annum.

  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.

  • Enhanced company pension contribution.

  • A family-friendly culture and enhanced leave policies designed to support work-life balance.

  • Monday-to-Friday working hours.

  • The opportunity to contribute to a growing business supporting better recycling.
