Department OverviewSupport Sales team with Admin & Processes.
Job Description

This role is primarily onsite at our Ware offices 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Orders – ORDERS, RTS, RMAS, DEMO / LOANS
• Despatch Notes - ORDERS, RTS, RMAS, DEMO / LOANS
• Commercial Invoices - ORDERS, RTS, RMAS, DEMO / LOANS
• Process RMAs & help with quotes against these.
• Liaise with Customers regarding orders & RMAS
• Support with the exportation of goods – Clearance, documents etc
• Ad hoc Admin for the Sales Team

Basic Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail,
• Computer literate with google and outlook applications
• Good telephone manner
• Customer experience background preferred
