On-target earnings for this role are $150,000 to $200,000 , with the split between base and variable set based on experience and territory. Final compensation will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life coverage; paid time off; an immediately vested 401(k) match; parental leave; and three paid days each year for volunteering. Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage a defined set of accounts across industries, including territory plans and growth opportunities.
- Generate qualified pipeline through a mix of self-sourced outreach, inbound leads, and partner referrals.
- Keep forecasts, opportunity stages, and CRM hygiene current and reliable for leadership reviews.
- Partner with sales engineering, product, services, and legal teams through customer evaluations and procurement.
- Stay current on the Accuris product roadmap and translate capabilities into outcomes that matter to engineering and technical leaders.
- Negotiate and close agreements, working with finance and legal on pricing and terms.
- Represent the customer internally and surface feedback that shapes product priorities and go-to-market.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Three or more years of B2B sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.
- Experience selling software or data solutions to engineering, technical, or procurement audiences is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Disciplined operator: clean pipeline, accurate forecasts, and the ability to run several active pursuits in parallel.
- Pragmatic negotiator with sound commercial judgment from qualification through close.
